1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Cut the zucchini into slices about 1/8 inch thick
Beat two eggs and season with salt
Mix the finely chopped garlic with the eggs
Put 1 cup of flour in a bowl and set it next to the eggs
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
